Wildcats Bring Home Three State Titles from State Track!

Congratulations to the track athletes on their stellar performances at the state track meet!

Sophomore Ella Boekelheide won the 1600-meter title, breaking both the state meet record and her own school record in a time of 5:00.55. She also won the 800-meter title in a time of 2:16.08.

Senior Lincoln Woodring won the 800-meter title in a time of 2:02.75 and placed fourth in the 1600-meter run in 4:34.76.

Freshman Ty Boekelheide placed third in the tiple jump with a leap of 42-4.5.

The boys medley relay (Nathan Melius, Ty Boekelheide, Joshua Thorson, Lincoln Woodring) placed third in 3:45.75.

Girls Results:

Freshman Tara Blachford finished 13^th in the 3200-meter run in 12:50.96 and 22^nd in the 1600-meter run in 5:59.26.

Junior Adriana Ratigan finished 16^th in the shot put with a throw of 32-9.

The 4x800-meter relay (Tara Blachford, Lilly Haven, Anneliese Holsing, Sophia Troske) finished 16^th in 10:48.64.

The 4x400-meter relay (Tara Blachford, Lilly Haven, Anneliese Holsing, Sophia Troske) finished 22^nd in 4:46.35.

Boys Results:

Junior Joshua Thorson finished 16^th in the 400-meter dash in 54.46.

Senior Nathan Melius finished 16^th in the 800-meter run in 2:10.50, 16^th in the 1600-meter run in 4:51.11, and 20^th in the 300-meter hurdles in 44.96.

Freshman Ty Boekelheide finished 23^rd in the 1600-meter run in 5:11.83.
